1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CONFIRMATION

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability
  • Order confirmation is provided upon receipt of required deposit (for made-to-order items) or full payment (for in-stock items)
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  • Official receipt and banking details will be provided upon order confirmation

2. PAYMENT TERMS

A. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Payment Structure:

  • 50% deposit required to confirm order and begin production
  • Remaining 50% due prior to delivery/dispatch
  • Production begins only after deposit confirmation
  • No orders will be shipped without full payment completion

B. IN-STOCK ITEMS

Payment Structure:

  • Full payment required at time of order
  • Orders processed immediately upon payment confirmation
  • No deposit system – complete payment necessary for stock items

C. CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS

Payment Structure:

  • 50% deposit required to confirm custom measurements and begin production
  • Additional measurement consultation may be required before production
  • Remaining 50% due prior to delivery

  • No cancellations or exchanges on custom size orders

3. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Made-to-Order & Custom Size Items:

Domestic Orders (Mauritius):

  • Custom size orders: 35-40 business days production time
  • Dispatch notification provided when ready for final payment
  • Free shipping within Mauritius

International Orders:

  • Delivery within 2 week following dispatch
  • International shipping charges are customer’s responsibility

In-Stock Items:

Domestic Orders (Mauritius):

  • Dispatch within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation
  • Free shipping within Mauritius

International Orders:

  • Dispatch within 1-2 business days
  • Delivery within 1 week following dispatch
  • International shipping charges are customer’s responsibility

4. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

  • Color variations may occur due to photographic lighting and screen display differences
  • Natural fabric variations are inherent in textile products
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matching between images and final products

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Made-to-Order Items:

Before Production:

  • Orders may be cancelled with full refund of deposit before production begins
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement

During/After Production:

  • No cancellations permitted once production phase begins
  • Cancellation during production results in forfeiture of 50% deposit

Custom Size Orders:

  • No cancellations permitted once measurements are confirmed and production begins
  • All deposits are non-refundable for custom size orders due to personalized nature
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement

In-Stock Items:

  • Cancellations permitted within 2 hours of order placement with full refund
  • No cancellations after items have been dispatched

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Made-to-Order Items:

  • No exchange or refund policy applicable once orders are placed
  • All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature

Custom Size Orders:

  • Absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom size orders
  • Customer fully responsible for accuracy of provided measurements
  • We are not liable for fitting issues due to incorrect measurements

In-Stock Items:

  • Returns may be considered for manufacturing defects only
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customer bears return shipping costs

7. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Domestic Shipping:

  • Complimentary postage for all deliveries within Mauritius
  • standard delivery timeline: 4-6 days, made to order/pre order kindly refer to product description.

International Shipping:

  • Shipping charges are customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery timeline: 1 week from dispatch
  • Customer responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services

Return Shipping:

  • Customers bear all costs for return shipping (domestic and international)
  • Returns must be pre-authorized and are subject to our return policy limitations

8. SIZE & MEASUREMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Standard Sizes:

  • Size guides provided as reference for in stock and pre order outfits
  • Customers responsible for selecting appropriate size

Custom Size Orders:

  • Customer fully responsible for providing accurate measurements
  • Professional measuring strongly recommended
  • Measurement guide and consultation available
  • Delays in measurement submission will delay production
  • We are not liable for fitting issues due to incorrect customer-provided measurements
  • Additional fitting consultation available at extra charge

9. QUALITY & DEFECTS

Manufacturing Defects:

  • We will replace or repair items with genuine manufacturing defects
  • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customer must provide photographic evidence of defects

Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, washing, or normal wear
  • Dissatisfaction with fit due to incorrect measurements (especially custom size orders)
  • Color variations within acceptable ranges
  • Personal preference or style dissatisfaction

10. ORDER CATEGORIES SUMMARY

  1. In-Stock Items: Full payment upfront, 1-2 days dispatch, limited return policy

  • Customer information is collected solely for order processing and delivery
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent
  • Information may be retained for business records and customer service

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All designs, patterns, and images are proprietary to The Nour Studio
  • Reproduction or copying of our designs is strictly prohibited
  • Customers may not resell our products commercially without written permission
