1. Initial Consultation: We schedule a call to understand your preferences and requirements, tailoring our assistance to your needs.

 
2. Mood Board Creation: Based on our discussions, I will create a mood board with tips and guidance for an exceptional bridal experience. This includes advice on silhouettes that best suit your body, color suggestions, and craftsmanship details, ensuring your vision is brought to life.
 
3. Approval Process: Once you’re satisfied with the mood board insights, we finalize your choices to move forward.
 
4. Outfit Sourcing: Our team sources outfits that align with your preferences, ensuring each piece is as unique as you.
 
5. Customization: Selected outfits can be customized to perfectly reflect your style and personality.
 
6. Production and Delivery: Once confirmed, your outfits move to production, and we provide updates throughout the process (depending on the design house we are working with).
 
7. Guidance Throughout: We offer continuous advice and ensure a seamless, tailored experience. Rest assured, each outfit is crafted exclusively for you. This bespoke service is complimentary for bridal and custom orders, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
 

For clients seeking specific or custom designs, we offer a bespoke service that includes design sketches, fabric recommendations, craftsmanship guidance, and a complete outfit vision tailored to the client.

Due to past incidents and to safeguard the time and expertise involved in this creative process, a non-refundable fee of Rs 4,000 is charged for two design sketches.

To protect our intellectual property, sketches are shared exclusively with brides or clients who confirm their order with a 50% down payment.
